Return and refund policy
We do our best to ensure that the Products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Andropique Customer Support immediately or within  working days of receiving the Products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that we will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within  working days of receipt.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the scenarios:
Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
For issues like headache, flavor like/dislike, headache, allergic reactions, gastric issues flavor differences from one brand to other etc., products will not be applicable for return.
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and MRP label.
Products that are returned without original packaging.
Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product packaging)
Also, we reserve the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
